Golfify is operated by Golfify (registered name and tax ID to be confirmed), based in Spain. You can reach us through the contact page or by email at [email protected].

No registration is required to use the site, and we do not offer accounts. Nothing on this site is a paid service.

Golfify answers one question: should you play golf today on the Costa del Sol, and where the conditions are best. We score playability from public weather data and list golf courses with links to their own official websites.

The site is an information tool. It is not a booking service, a travel agency, or a golf club. We do not sell tee times, take payments, or hold reservations.

Playability scores are computed automatically from forecast data provided by Open-Meteo. Forecasts are predictions and can be wrong.

A high score is not a promise of good golf, and a low score is not a promise of bad golf. Conditions at a specific course can differ from the regional figure, which is calculated at a representative point for the area. Course closures, frost delays, temporary greens, irrigation work and local rules are not reflected in the score.

Always check with the club before travelling. Decisions you take based on this site are your own.

Course names, locations and contact details are compiled from public sources, including OpenStreetMap, and we correct them by hand where we find errors. We do not guarantee that every detail is current: clubs change names, phone numbers and websites, and close.

Photographs and descriptions of courses are only published when they are real and correctly attributed. We never invent ratings, prices or course claims.

Links to golf clubs and other third parties are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, prices or terms.

The Golfify name, design and the text we have written are ours. The weather-derived scores and our course dataset are ours to publish.

Imagery and data from third parties remain the property of their creators and are used under their licences, with attribution. See the Credits & licences page for the full list, the licence for each source, and how to ask us to remove something.

You are welcome to quote our figures with a link back to golfify.com, and to screenshot the site for editorial or social use.

We aim to keep the site online and accurate, but we provide it as it is, without warranties. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including the scoring method, at any time.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, including lost tee times, travel costs or missed rounds. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the law of Spain, and disputes are subject to the courts of Málaga, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.
